EUROPEAN MAINECOON KITTENS

For over 20 years, we have only ever had maine coons.  Once you have one, this is a breed you'll absolutely fall in love.

Our family made the decision to breed after learning we had been pet scammed while trying to bring home a maine coon kitten for one of our children.  We were getting one as an unofficial service pet to help with their anxiety and depression.  Being scammed was devastating for all of us.  Every caring family deserves to have a pet, and we are happy to be a part of making that happen.  

We are located in the Northeast corner of Connecticut, close to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and about 3 hours from New York.  You can select your European Mainecoon kitten remotely, or we are happy to have you come visit them!  

Maine coons were first documented as their own breed in Maine. They are long-haired, the largest breed, and known as "gentle giants".  Maine coons kittens and adults are great with children and other pets. They are often described as "dog-like", as they are both intelligent and trainable.   And some even like to play in water!  They learn so much when they are kittens, and can even play fetching games, like dogs.  One of our adult males has learned to use the toilet himself!

Our kittens don't leave mom until they are at least 12 weeks.  We wait until they are independent, off exploring, playing, and no longer interested in nursing.  Kittens are raised by mom (and sometimes dad participates!) in our home.  They are up to date on all vaccines, and a veterinarian will perform 8 and 12-week wellness checks before your kitten joins your family.  Our adult dogs, cats, and kittens are well cared for - just like our children.
